Cold Season is lurking...

right around the corner.  It builds inside, the fear of the first cold.  I don't know about you, but, I have three kids and once I introduced children into my lives, I introduced every germ known to man into my life.  Let's face it, kids don't wash there hands like they're supposed to and they will touch anything and everything.  It doesn't seem to matter what you do, you're doomed by the cold and cold season.  Well, if you start to feel a cold coming on, try this recipe!!  I am going to be ready with this on-hand this cold season.

I don't know about you, but, I am carrying around some luggage under my eyes these days.  It doesn't seem to matter how much sleep I get, I still look tired and baggy under my eyes.  There are 6 essential oils you can use to eliminate under eye baggage. Rose Geranium, Lavender, Fennel Essential Oil, German Chamomile, Cypress Essential Oil and Rosemary Essential Oil.  Below you'll find different recipes to try with each oil to help in eliminated your extra baggage. Geranium Eye Gel:  Mix 2 to 3 drops of geranium essential oil in ½ tsp of  pure aloe vera gel . Gently apply this under each eye to reduce puffiness & swelling and make skin taut.
