It's back to school time!!

I don't know about you, but this summer flew by.  I cannot believe it is already time for the kids to go back to school!!!  What happened to the summer? It almost seems like we didn't even have a summer.  Anyway, as always, every start to the school year leaves me high with anxiety.  Not only do all three kids have 3 new teachers, I have to prepare my son's teacher for him.  He's ADHD and was diagnosed when he was in the 1st grade.  His kindergarten teacher just stuck him out in the hallway and he probably spent most of the year in the hall.  His 1st grade teach had a sense of humor and worked with us.  She knew that we trying to get him diagnosed so that we could get him the help he so desperately needed to succeed in school.  We took him to Riley Children's Hospital and met with a child behaviorist who diagnosed him and we were able to get him on some medication.  I was not very excited about him having to take medication everyday and I do not give him his medication during the summer or over the weekend.  I feel like it is to help him with school to focus.  Any way, long story short, I was talking with a friend from high school whose son also has ADHD and wait for it. . . . there's an essential oil recipe for kids and ADHD!!!

Here's the recipe:

Peaceful Child

85 Drops of Vetiver
30 Drops of Ylang Ylang
20 Drops of Frankincense
15 Drops of Clary Sage
10 Drops of Marjoram
10 Drops of Lavender
35 Drops of Favorite Carrier Oil
